  • What are the application criteria?

    2.5x with increased deposit, 3x for standard $300

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Funnel can approve within hours if application is complete but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    $99 deposit is part of application

  • Are there any move in charges?

    Cleaning fee, deposit and prorated rents

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    Yes, you do have to sort your own recycling and trash.

    After 14 consecutive days need to be on lease

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we have on-site maintenance M-F.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    Call our after hours number thats posted on our door, 253.235.9843.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, if not then a $25 per month noncompliance fee will be charged until renters insurance is received.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Online through Henri or leave a check at the office.
